By accessing this website or purchasing coaching services from Get Up & Start LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Get Up & Start LLC provides the following services:

• Online weight loss coaching
• Nutrition education
• Fitness education
• Habit and accountability coaching
• General wellness guidance

All coaching services are educational in nature. They are not medical care, clinical nutrition therapy, physical therapy, or mental health treatment.

Prospective clients may schedule a free introductory consultation to learn more about our coaching program and determine whether it is a good fit for both parties.

Participation in a free consultation does not guarantee acceptance into the coaching program. Enrollment is offered at the sole discretion of Get Up & Start LLC.

Coaching payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment must be received in full before coaching services begin.

Clients who enroll in the 16-Week Get Up & Start Coaching Program may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of their purchase.

As part of the 16-week coaching program, every client receives a comprehensive Self Starter Consultation, during which Get Up & Start develops a personalized coaching plan that may include customized calorie targets, macronutrient recommendations, workout programming, habit goals, educational resources, and other individualized coaching materials.

The Self Starter Consultation is included as part of the coaching program and is not sold separately. Because this work is personalized and created specifically for each client, the $299 value of the Self Starter Consultation becomes non-refundable once the personalized coaching plan has been delivered.

If a client requests a refund within the seven-day refund period after their personalized coaching plan has been delivered, the refund amount will equal the original purchase price minus $299 for the completed Self Starter Consultation.

After seven (7) days from the original purchase date, coaching fees become non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Follow recommendations responsibly and within their personal limits.
• Consult their physician before beginning any nutrition or exercise program.
• Understand that results require consistency, effort, and personal commitment.

Every individual responds differently to coaching. Get Up & Start LLC cannot guarantee:

• Specific weight loss
• Body fat reduction
• Muscle gain
• Health improvements
• Any specific outcome

Success depends on many factors, including consistency, adherence, medical conditions, lifestyle, genetics, and individual differences.

All website content, articles, calculators, graphics, videos, downloadable resources, coaching materials, logos, branding, and educational content are the exclusive intellectual property of Get Up & Start LLC.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Participation in coaching services is voluntary. Clients accept full responsibility for their own decisions and actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Up & Start LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or coaching services.

Your personal information is collected and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it to understand how we protect your information.

Get Up & Start LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
